At yesterday’s Steubenville City Council Meeting, one councilman announced he’ll hold outdoor open office hours on Thursday. Third Ward Councilman Eric Timmons is holding a meeting with constituents Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the corner of Broadway Boulevard and Estelle Avenue.
