The Steubenville Police Department responded to a fight Tuesday around 1:00 a.m. along Cunningham Lane Rear.
Sean Bee and Jonathan Davis were both arrested. According to the police report, after an argument between Bee, Davis and two women, a fight broke out.
The fight ended with David striking Bee in the head with a brick.
Bee was taken to a local hospital before being flown to Pittsburgh to be treated for bleeding in the brain.
Bee is charged with assault and Davis was charged with felonious assault.
