The crash happened at 523 Franklin Avenue, where the driver, Michaelis Forster Jr., destroyed a window and air conditioner as he crashed into the apartment complex.

Steubenville police say a caller reported that Forster approached her inside her car and pushed her out of the vehicle before attempting to drive away.

Police arrived and took a statement from the female victim and found Forster lying on the ground.

Forster faces charges of robbery and possession of marijuana.
