Shooting Victim in Toronto Shooting in Critical Condition

Toronto Police say 18-year-old Dylan Monroe, the victim in Saturday evening’s shooting, remains in critical condition.

The shooting happened Saturday evening on North 7^th Street.

While the investigation is ongoing, police suspect drugs were involved.

They are waiting to get an update on the victim’s condition and will then file charges early next week.
