Hefty bonds were placed against two alleged New York drug traffickers yesterday in Steubenville Municipal Court.
Video evidence from a local car wash and controlled buys were used to pinpoint Elijah Ross and Brandi Harris in this case. Upon searching the residence they had been staying in, two guns were found — one of which was stolen out of Brooke County.
The defense argued this was not Ross’ permanent residence.
The prosecution pointed toward the video, where Harris had allegedly stuffed drugs into her pants upon their arrest. They were later discovered.
Mascio placed $500,000 bond on both suspects because of the amount of drugs involved.
The case has been bound over to the grand jury.
