One person has been rescued after a single-car crash along Wilson Avenue in Mingo Junction.
It happened just after 11 a.m. yesterday morning.
The driver was traveling south on Wilson Avenue, lost consciousness, hit a telephone pole, then a wall, spun around, then slid down an embankment near a stream on its roof.
Neighbors saw it happen and called for help.
Responders managed to free the man, who was conscious during the rescue.
The man was wearing his seatbelt at the time. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials don’t believe drugs or alcohol were a factor.
