Steubenville Ramp to be Closed

In Steubenville, the ramp from Washington Street to Market Street will be closed Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No detour will be posted. Drivers can use alternate routes from Washington Street and Seventh Street.

The closure will allow for tree removal.
