Two Arrested on Drug Charges After Traffic Stop in Belmont Co.

Two people were arrested for alleged drug trafficking during a traffic stop in Belmont County on Monday Night.

Chad Kinkus, 28, and 26-year old Emily Nest were arrested on Old Route 7 near Pacoma.

Sheriff Dave Lucas says after obtaining a search warrant of the vehicle, deputies found suspected crystal meth and drug paraphernalia inside.

He says drugs were also under where Kinkus was sitting.
