A survey rolled out in November to look at internet access in Brooke and Hancock counties.
The Brooke, Hancock, Jefferson Metropolitan Planning Commission is partnering in a survey to identify internet access issues in Brooke and Hancock Counties.
Adrienne Ward with the BHJ says that she has heard stories of people looking to move because of the lack of high-speed internet access.
Ward said the paper surveys can be found at local libraries.
The survey is open until the end of February and a plan will be complete on June 30th. After that, they will apply for funding.
