Bridgeport remains in search of a place to build a high school football field.

Officials are eyeing a property next door to the school, which has created its share of controversy.

Now, the school is asking the community to fill out an online survey to gather input. Superintendent Brent Ripley says Chapter Square isn’t the only option.

The Stadium Input Community Survey is on the Bridgeport Schools website, and since it was uploaded over the weekend, more than 400 people have completed it, even non-Bridgeport residents.

Ripley plans to read each response and create a fact sheet of commonly asked questions. Ripley says the survey will be online for another week.
