Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced yesterday the next phase of the Responsible Restart Ohio plan which will reopen restaurants, bars, and personal care services.

DeWine still warns everyone that COVID-19 is still dangerous and says to continue exercising safe health habits as the economy begins to reopen. He also says to continue practicing social distancing, washing your hands, and wearing face coverings.

Restaurants with outdoor dining will be allowed to reopen their outdoor dining services on May 15. Dine-in services will resume May 21.

Personal care services, like hair salons, barbershops, day spas, nail salons, and tanning facilities will be allowed to resume operations on May 15.
