State Highway Trooper, Jeremy Grubb has been named the 2020 Trooper Of The Year at the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Steubenville Post. The 45-year-old Grubb joined the patrol in 2002. He’s a graduate of Carrollton High School and served four years in Marines, before studying criminal justice at Kent state. Fellow officers have cited his leadership, ethics, and courtesy, as well as enthusiasm  are among reasons for the honor.
