Several staff members of the Belmont County Health Department are in quarantine, which may result in contact tracing delays for the community. Five workers including deputy health commissioner Rob Sproul were exposed to COVID-19. While they quarantine at home, Sproul says only six people or contact and contact tracing at the health department and it’s difficult to find extra help. Until now the CDC has recommended a 14 day quarantine after exposure, which is now been shorten.
