An accident in Steubenville Tuesday afternoon led police to an arrest.
It happened around 1 p.m. along Lovers Lane just inside the Steele Chase neighborhood entrance. The truck drove through the median, knocking over a street lamp and went over the hill.
Officials said the driver was arrested for a previous warrant.
No one was injured. It took two trucks to pull the pickup out of the ditch.
