Employees, retirees and some government officials held a rally outside the plant.
Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Local 818 voted down a contract and voted to strike last week.
Workers claim Tecnocap is refusing to bargain in good faith along with other unfair labor practices.
