Some Belmont Co. residents say they have been without landline phone, internet, and television service with AT&T for several days.
A representative with the company says customers should call the AT&T support line for more information on when the outage will be resolved.
Late Sunday night, AT&T released a statement:
“Some customers in parts of Belmont County may be experiencing issues with their service due to a cable cut in the area. Our technicians are working around the clock to fix the problem as quickly as possible.”
Officials say they are not experiencing any issues with 911 calls.
