The revenue and cost subcommittee gathered at the West Virginia state Capitol yesterday and took an initial dive into the complex balancing act of insurance for state employees.

The PEIA Task Force was formed to address health-care costs for state teachers and public employees, who expressed their concerns during the strike earlier in the year.
