A second public hearing held was held Wednesday morning regarding a potential license plate fee increase in Belmont County.
The extra money would go toward fixing and maintaining the county’s roads and bridges. Belmont Co. Engineer Terry Lively says the money would generate over $800,000 to repair new roads but it’s only a temporary fix to the problem.
