West Virginia State Police seized 100 pounds of marijuana after State Police pulled over a black Nissan for speeding along I-70 near Wheeling early yesterday afternoon.
Police said the passenger; Jung Hsun Chang was staying in the U.S. illegally.
Police ultimately found 29 foil bags with marijuana in total weighing 94 pounds and a street value of over $1.2 million.
Chang and the driver, Li Shouqui are each charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, transporting narcotics and conspiracy to commit a felony.
They face three to 45 years in prison if convicted.
