A standoff with a man who reportedly had two guns on the Kleeh’s Crossing Bridge in Bellaire ended peacefully yesterday evening.

According to Bellaire Police Chief Dick Flanagan, the suspect is Stephen Koher, and he was armed with a pistol and an AR-15.

Flanagan said Koher recently had a breakup with his girlfriend, and was shooting his gun into the woods.

Eventually Koher turned himself over to authorities.

No one was injured during the incident.

Koher will be charged with inducing panic, and discharging a firearm within the city.
