Around 10:15 a.m. yesterday morning, the First National Bank near the Hollywood City Center in Steubenville was robbed by a man described to Steubenville Police as an older white male with salt-and pepper-hair. He had a mask tied around the lower part of his face. He was wearing a black hat, sunglasses, jeans and work boots with a shirt that had a skull on it and wrenches as crossbones.
The man walked in the front door and up to the teller, saying he had a gun, and to give him them all of the $50 and $100 bills in the drawer. However no gun was shown to the teller.
Anyone with any information is encouraged to call the Steubenville Police Department.
