The Belmont County Sheriff’s Department is searching for Brian Goff and Joni Davis who were last seen leaving Pizza Hut in St. Clairsville on Sunday evening around 7 p.m. in a 1990 Oldsmobile Eight-Eight four door, with Ohio license plate number EYA7482.
Brian is a 64-year-old male, 5’10”, 190 lbs., brown hair with brown eyes.
Joni is a 55-year-old female, who is 5’2″, 138 lbs., with brown hair and eyes.
