The Belmont County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on the home at 4166 Franklin Street in Bellaire last night.

Police are looking for 37-year-old Michael Dugger of Cleveland who is believed to be in the area. Police did not find him at this home, so they then went to the Indian Run Apartments on 41st Street.

There, they found crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, and two women were charged with possession.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Michael Dugger is asked to contact police.
