According to documents retrieved from the auditor and recorder’s offices inside the Jefferson County Courthouse, the buyer of the former Macy’s store at Ft. Steuben Mall is Lionheart Capital, a limited liability corporation in Miami, Fla.

Lionheart is an international realty company that does a great deal of flipping sites into condominiums or repurposing them for future retail, though it is not known what it will do with the Steubenville store.

The final purchase price for the Macy’s site was $530,000.
