New Construction to Begin in Steubenville

Phase 2 of the Sunset Boulevard and Lovers Lane Improvement Project is set to begin.

The bid for the 1.8 million dollar intersection improvement project will be awarded to Shelly and Sands Incorporated of Rayland, OH.

City Engineer Michael Dolak feels that this is a vital project in the community and will improve the safety of the roadways.

Construction will begin in March 2019 and end in November 2019.
