A man about to be sentenced for supplying another person with drugs ends up overdosing himself.
First, deputies brought Jesse James Damico, 30, of Belmont back from the brink of death and then, they arrested him and took him to jail.
Damico, was out on bond, about to be sentenced for “the attempted corrupting of another with drugs.” The woman he supplied with drugs died of an overdose.
One condition of his bond was that he not use drugs.
Damico regained consciousness. The victim in the “corrupting-with-drugs” case that he was about to be sentenced for was Lauren Decker who died almost a year ago on September 8th.
