On September 15th, River News spoke with Belmont County Clerk of Courts David Trouten, who is running for an open judge position in the Eastern Division Court.

Trouten discussed several topics with Dimitri, including his time as a public defender, his credentials, the St. Clairsville School District, and the drug epidemic.

Trouten also explained why he is the best candidate for the open judge position.
