Steubenville Police Search for Suspect in Ridge Avenue Shooting

Police are searching for a suspect after a shooting yesterday evening in Steubenville.

A mother and child were shot while they were sitting in a car around 5:00 p.m. in the 1400 block of Ridge Avenue.

The suspect has been identified as Brylee West. Neighbors say the suspect took off on foot.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the 18-year-old suspect is urged to contact authorities immediately.
