A house fire broke out at 35th and Franklin Street in Bellaire Saturday evening.

The house was occupied at the time of the fire, but officials say that no one was hurt. One of the residents had a warrant out for their arrest. They were taken into custody on the scene. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
