Wheeling Woman Injured After Being Pinned Between Two Vehicles

A woman was injured on Tuesday night in what appeared to be a freak accident.

It occurred on the 600 block of North Front Street on Wheeling Island.

According to Wheeling Police Public Information Officer Phillip Stahl, an individual was moving a car, and hit a woman.

She was pinned between the moving car and another car.

The woman was then taken to the hospital and is being treated for unknown injuries. She is reportedly in stable condition.

This incident is currently under investigation.
