With Election Day just a few weeks away, a local candidate says that someone is interfering with his campaign.

Don Perkins is running for Brooke County commissioner. He has been campaigning for over a year, but Perkins says sometime last month, many of his campaign signs started to disappear.

Perkins says that about 100 signs have gone missing since September 21st, and he has enlisted the help of the Follansbee Police Department and Brooke County Sheriff’s Department to find out who has been taking them.

According to Perkins, the signs are being removed from all over Brooke County.

Perkins is a Republican candidate in the race for commissioner. His opponent is Democrat A.J. Thomas.
