The Steubenville Police Department needs your help locating the woman who allegedly stole another woman’s purse out of her cart at the Steubenville Wal-Mart Tuesday afternoon.

Surveillance footage caught a photo of the woman. She was wearing a plaid jacket and a West Virginia University shirt and what appear to be khaki pants. She also appears to have at least one black eye.

After allegedly stealing the purse, she walked out the doors and left.
