Belmont Co. Woman Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges

Amanda Cruse pleaded guilty to drug charges Monday before Belmont County Judge Frank Fregiato.

According to police, her Martins Ferry apartment was used for trafficking narcotics.

Cruse is now in drug court and will receive counseling.
