Several indictments have been returned by a Belmont County grand jury, with two people accused of serious crimes.
Police arrested 43-year-old John Garwon in October after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that he had been downloading and sharing child pornography online.
He was living in Flushing with Wesley Burdge, Tabitha Gallagher and their two children. The family was on the run for three weeks.
Child pornography charges were filed against Burdge and an obstructing justice charge has been filed against Gallagher. They are awaiting extradition.
Garwon’s bond is set for $250,000.
In a separate case, Misty Glasgow was arraigned on two charges.
The first is endangering children as a second-degree felony, the second charge is for possession of drugs.
Glasgow and her co-defendant, Devan Redman, are accused of abusing a 4-year-old girl in their care.
Glasgow remains behind bars on a $50,000 bond, while Redman is out on bond.
Redman is scheduled for an arraignment on her charges Monday.
