Two people are in jail after a meth lab bust in Jefferson County.

James Ring and Rebecca Burnworth were arrested in a Yorkville apartment on Friday night.

Inside, police found components used in the making of meth. The amount of meth has not been determined and the evidence has been sent for testing.

Four kids were inside at the time, and they are now in the care of a relative.

The Jefferson County Drug Task Force, Yorkville police and fire and Martins Ferry police all worked together to make the arrests.

Ring and Burnworth are currently in the Jefferson County Jail with charges pending.
