West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey filed suit alleging a Wheeling home improvement contractor defrauded at least five customers of more than $11,000 in down payments for projects the defendant would never begin.

The lawsuit is targeted for Adam Parsons, the contractor and owner of Precision Fence and Floors.

According to Morrisey, the lawsuit is to prohibit Parsons from performing any contract work in the state and provide refunds to victimized customers.
