Three people were arrested in Steubenville Saturday night after they were suspected of shoplifting items from Walmart valued at $701.

Steubenville Police discovered heroin and drug paraphernalia in the car.

They arrested 41-year-old Jason Thompson of Akron for complicity to petit theft, possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments, as well as 30-year-old Emma Long for petit theft and also having a larceny warrant out of Stark County, and 46-year-old Deborah Dorsey of Freeport for possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments.
