Bellaire police seized over an ounce of crack cocaine after conducting a search warrant at a Vine St. home yesterday morning.

Police Chief Dick Flanagan said a teenage girl, a one-year-old child, and their grandmother were living at the home.

Flanagan said the rental property has been the subject of a federal drug investigation.

That address was the subject of a federal drug investigation where Joe Bart was sentenced earlier this month on drug trafficking charges.

No arrests were made today; however, Children’s Services has been notified, according to Chief Flanagan.
