Bellaire Man Arrested After Leaving Child in Car

Belmont County officials have arrested a man they say left a child in a car in freezing temperatures on Tuesday.

Blake Allen Yates of Bellaire left the child in a car at the St. Clairsville WalMart.

Authorities also confirmed that the child is doing ok.

Yates is charged with endangering children. He has been released on $5,000 bond.
