Water Pick-Up Sites Announced for Martins Ferry Residents Without Water

Residents of Treadway Road and Barnes Road near Martins Ferry have been without water for several days.

They can pick up fresh water from the Yorkville, Colerain, and Sunset Heights fire departments today.

Residents must bring their own containers.
