Investigation Underway After Shots Fired Incident in Steubenville

Steubenville Police say that a victim was shot in the leg yesterday evening after they responded to several shots fired reports along Maxwell Avenue. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time, but according to Police, they have been transported to a local hospital by ambulance. No suspects have been arrested.
