An accident on U.S. 250 east caused a backup early Wednesday morning in Harrison County.

A truck overturned that was carrying more than 10,000 pounds of ice. Trooper Eric Derrington of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the call came in about a quarter-to-seven around U.S. 250 and Adena-Georgetown Rd.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to be OK.
