East Liverpool residents are worried about Henry Avenue, the road is filled with holes and has seen better days, but it has also seen days much worse.

For those along Henry Ave., pulling cars out of holes has become routine. The fears grow as we head into the winter months.

The East Liverpool Streets Department said that while the plans for asphalting are not for this year, crews are going to the street as early as this week to repair holes, drain water, and do some ditching and beaming.
