Man Given Significant Sentence After Summer Drug Bust in Steubenville

A man rounded-up in a Steubenville drug bust last summer is headed to prison for a mandatory 18 years. Tashaon Coleman pled guilty to possession and weapons under disability charges on Thursday. Another Superload Headed to Hopedale this Weekend

The next superload heading from Weirton to Hopedale is scheduled to make its way along US. 22, through Wintersville, and back onto U.S. 22 this weekend. According to ODOT, the load will head to the intersection of Cadiz Road and State Route 43 to park overnight Saturday into Sunday, then make its way back onto U.S. 22 and to State Route 151 and Giacobbi Road in Hopedale to the MarkWest facility. Imprisoned Marshall Co. Man Escapes from Parkersburg Correctional Center

A man imprisoned by Marshall County authorities is at large. The West Virginia Division of Corrections said Alfred Williams escaped Wednesday night from the Parkersburg Correctional Center. He is serving an 8- to 15-year sentence on domestic and drug charges. Williams, 56, stands 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds.
