41-year-old Benjamin Cutlip of Martins Ferry and 40-year-old Melanie Brado of Bellaire were arrested on Belmont Warnock Road on Wednesday. The Belmont County Major Crimes Unit and the Saint Clairsville Police Department seized nearly a pound of meth, as well as other drugs, cash, and a stolen vehicle. Both Cutlip and Brado face charges of trafficking meth.
