The Ohio County Grand Jury saw the second group from the May session in court yesterday for their docket day.
Daylan Whitaker has been in jail since March. He is facing two counts of sexual abuse by a custodian, a count of sexual abuse in the first degree, and a count of sexual assault in the first degree.
According to a criminal complaint, Whitaker is accused of touching his ex-girlfriend’s 8-year-old daughter inappropriately on a few different occasions.
Whitaker pleaded not guilty to all four counts.
Debra Humphrey is facing a count of robbery in the first degree and assault during the commission of the robbery.
A criminal complaint alleged that Humphrey stole a woman’s purse and pushed her to the ground.
She allegedly took an envelope out of the purse that contained $700.
She also pleaded not guilty.
Two other cases brought forth on Tuesday involved possession with intent to distribute charges.
Donald Longwall III had two counts, involving heroin and cocaine.
Patrick Groves was just facing one count having to do with methamphetamine.
