3 people were arrested on drug charges in Belmont County on Thursday night. Donnie Pugh of Martins Ferry was arrested after police executed a search warrant and found a loaded pistol and Pugh attempting to flush a large amount of cocaine down the toilet. Pugh faces five charges, including drug trafficking. In a separate incident, police arrested two people found unresponsive in a vehicle outside of a St. Clairsville restaurant. Cyle Ellison of New Concord and Tyler Snyder of Bethesda were both arrested after deputies seized over $800 in cash, as well as a variety of drugs, including cocaine, heroin, marijuana, dabs, and meth. Ellison faces drug trafficking charges while Snyder faces drug abuse instrument possession charges.
