West Virginia Governor Jim Justice issued a mandatory order on Friday for people to wear masks at all times while indoors. The order does not apply to children under the age of nine, to anyone who has trouble breathing, to anyone who cannot remove their mask without assistance, to anyone actively eating or drinking in a restaurant, to anyone in a closed room by themselves, or to anyone in their home. The order also requires businesses to post signage outside of their business to remind customers of the state’s mask policy.
