The health department does contact tracing when someone tests positive, and most cases in the county are from close contact.
Jefferson County is hoping to hold another free COVID-19 testing drive-thru soon.
The health department will partner with the City of Steubenville and National Guard to administer the tests. Although cases are trending downward, officials say it is still important for the community to practice social distancing, wear a mask and wash your hands.
