Students in Ohio County ages 12 to 15 were able to get a Pfizer vaccine at a walk-in clinic held at Warwood Elementary on Monday

After the CDC announced last week that adolescents 12 through 15 years of age were eligible, the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department set up clinics in the area from 4 to 7 p.m.

Administrator Howard Gamble believes having these clinics for younger generations is important.

Other clinics for those eligible include Linsly School on Tuesday, Ritchie Elementary on Wednesday and Bridge Street Middle on Thursday. All of them will be providing the Pfizer vaccine and youth 12 to 15 must have a guardian with them.
